Refund policy

At this time all sales are final. No exchanges or returns. 

At Potsandweave we hope you will be completely satisfied with all items purchased through PotsandWeave. Since all purchases are made through our website, we encourage you to reach out over any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order.
Damages 
Furniture items are shipped out White Glove with a trusted Freight Carrier and are carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the event that an item is damaged during transit, we ask that you fully inspect your pieces upon delivery and notify our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt of any damage or defect for proper resolutions. Please email info@potsandweave.co.uk with a brief description and photos. 

 

Please note that some items are natural elements which will contain variances in color, shape, texture, patterns, and markings this is what makes these items beautiful and one of a kind.  

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
